Anatomy Muscle Location, Core Muscle Groups

Abdominals, Chest and Shoulder Muscle Locations

Diagrams for anatomy muscle location are a good general reference of what muscle groups your are exercising in a core workout. Visually, the give a sense of the inter-connections between core muscles and the importance of a balanced workout program.

For example the hip adductor muscles are actually connected to the muscles of the lower back.
